In his latest interview on EMS@C-Level, Philip Stoten wanted to know how Cogiscan and iTAC Software AG would benefit from synergies since the acquisition in early February. Our CEO answered: “Well, we’ll help them with hockey, and they’ll help us with soccer (football).”

Jokes apart, both companies will surely benefit from this seamless collaboration: geographical expansion, expertise & technology sharing, etc. However, profit isn’t everything. For both companies, well-being, trust and respect were of the utmost importance.
